- Choose pallet delivery if you have a standard loading dock that is 48" high for a trailer up to 53', equipment to unload pallets within a 2 hour period, and a location zoned business or commercial. Inside delivery and lift gate available upon request. Delivery is between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday-Friday.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING, YOU MUST ADHERE TO THE SPECIFICATIONS BELOW: - Buyers must have a standard loading dock 48" high that can accommodate a trailer up to 53' in length with swinging doors.
- Must have the proper equipment to unload pallets with an estimated weight of approximately 2,000 lbs.
- Deliveries must be completed within a 2-hour time period or additional charges will be applied.
- Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, and are for one location only. Requests for appointments are not available.
- Business deliveries must be located in areas zoned business/commercial, with no limited access, no parking restrictions or limited hours of operation.
- Upon receipt of order, Paris Customer Service team will contact the buyer to ensure they meet the requirements for free shipping. If additional services are needed, a credit card will need to be provided prior to shipment.

- THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY TO PALLETIZED SHIPMENTS ONLY:
- If you do not have a dock, delivery can be done via lift gate transport with pallet jack. These vehicles operate at a separate rate and we will require an additional $50 fee for this lift gate service.
- Inside delivery including freight elevators, two wheeler requirements, etc., are an additional $2.00 per carton.
- Limited access includes, but not limited to, schools, government offices, prisons, military, golf courses, country clubs, residential areas, airports, and non-commercial enterprises, plus $75 per pallet.
- Please note that delivery drivers will not be able to assist with the unloading process unless lift gate or inside delivery service has been prearranged and paid for in advance.
