1. When shredding about 20-30 pieces of waste paper, the waste paper needs to be removed.
2. If there are too many paper scraps, the waste paper will be reversed to the paper inlet. As a result, the machine is paralyzed and cannot be crushed, but it can be reversed.
3. Solution: Reversely clean the waste paper in use or shutdown mode, and use a sharp object to clean the white sensor arm blocked by the waste paper scraper;
