- Dual Forge Burners Foundry Furnace - LSMIITTH smelting furnace kit with double forge burners, output 100,000 BTU per one. Compared to the single burner or the double burner all in one side, the flame would be more evenly distributed. Fast melting can save 50% of the time and 20% of the gas cost. There is an air choke on the top of forge burner. Oxygen intake can be adjusted by air choke. Bell burner head which is connected through threads, it is very easy to replace. Please make sure the burner head buried in the ceramic insulation when you install the forge burner.
- Large Melting Furnace Capacity - The metal smelter inner size is 8" diameter x 10"Height (20cm x 24cm), which could contains large crucibles up to 16KG/35LBS. You can control gas consumption by adjusting gas pressure easily. (Be Attention: It does not work with BBQ low pressure gas tank fitting. Natural gas in your home system is low pressure and a forge requires high pressure gas to reach temperatures).
